• Our referral feature is used for the sole purpose of introducing your friends to our website.

• Get to the Point :)  Threads with little or no point will be removed at our or the moderators discretion.
• Use the forums appropriately.  Do not use the forums if your messages would be more appropriate in a private message, email, chat, or phone conversation.
• Images are allowed in your posts, but it does affect some users with slow connections. Images may be removed at any time at our or the moderators' discretion.
• Signatures should not be more than 6 (six) lines of small text.
• Personal matters between yourself and other users should be kept private. Do not post ANY private grievances on the Service or you may have yourself banned!

10. THINK INTELLIGENTLY ABOUT WHAT YOU POST OR UPLOAD.

• Do not post other people's private details.  These include but are not limited to the following: phone number, car registration, real name, workplace, home address, e-mail address, and fax numbers. 
• We do not allow or want the promotion of ANY illegal activities. Please do not publish post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. Posts discussing and/or promoting ANY illegal activities including but not limited to the possession, procurement and consumption of drugs, criminal activity and other associated issues. Yes we may have members of various legal professions and Government Agencies etc (for example Police) as members who may see or read it so be careful and DON'T POST IT HERE. Thank you
• Do not post messages or upload files that contain photos, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights or have received all necessary consent. WE are not responsible for any use of anything you post, upload or say.
• Do not post any materials (including software, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens and other information) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other users or our computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or Web sites.
• Falsely impersonating to be associated with the Service as an employee, agent, moderator, host, volunteer, forum user, or any other person with the intent to mislead or cause harm to others is forbidden.  Any user account likely to mislead others will be banned.

MUSIC UPLOADING AND DOWNLOADING FROM THE "MUSIC", "DJ" OR "BAND" PAGES OF THE SITE

• In these areas only registered Bands and DJ's may upload their own Music for others to download. To upload or download all persons must agree you are 100% responsible for any uploading or downloading. Make sure your upload or download has been virus scanned & that you have and grant full copyright permission for others to upload or download it.  These areas of the site are not associated with the "MUSIC DOWNLOAD STORE" advertised linked site which is run by a third party and thus has it's own rules, terms and conditions. 

11. NO SPAM - NO SELLING

• Please don't "spam" through our website's features including in the forums. Spamming includes sending identical & irrelevant submissions to many different forums, the posting of one word replies. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those reading the thread. Sometimes people do it to try and increase the number of Posts they have under their user name. PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN POSTING ITS "QUALITY NOT QUANTITY" To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post.
• We reserve the right to ban any user at any time, without notice, from any or all Services for spamming.

• FORUMS are provided for personal use only. The forums are not to be used to advertise your products or Services. Moderators are instructed to remove advertising posts & threads from the forum and report this activity for possible user banning of those who post advertising. Users who attempt to break this rule may be banned from all future use!

14. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

• You are responsible for your MEMBERSHIP and may not share it with another person. We recommend logging out of your account when you are finished if you are accessing "THE WEB SITE" from a public computer. All users are ultimately accountable for all posts made from their account!

• The moderators of the forums are there to make the time spent on the forums more enjoyable and stay within the terms of Services.
• If you feel that somebody has breached the community guidelines we suggest you Report the post to a moderator.  Do not create a new thread or reply to the post as you will simply bump the thread to the top of the screen for everyone else to see.
• If a thread is deleted or closed, or a post is removed, and you want to know why this has happened, do not start a new thread questioning the whereabouts of the post/thread. Such threads will be deleted.  Simply send an email or private message to the moderators of that forum.

If Advertiser fails to pay, WE, in addition to other remedies, shall have the right to immediately remove any and all of Advertiser's Advertising from "THE WEB SITE" without any obligation to Advertiser cannot cancel or receive refunds for any Advertising which have run or orders which have been placed without the written consent of  US. Advertiser agrees that if Advertiser cancels or changes its order as provided above, any discount granted may be rescinded or adjusted, and Advertiser may be charged at the full card rate then in effect. It is understood that Advertiser and its agency are jointly and severally liable for payment of invoices for Advertising placed on "THE WEB SITE".
• Advertiser shall be solely responsible for all costs it incurs in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, expenses associated with creating, updating and delivering Advertising to "THE WEB SITE" and establishing and maintaining links between Advertising and Web sites and areas outside "THE WEB SITE" (collectively, "Advertiser's Online Content"). Advertiser and its agency warrant and represent at all times that they own and/or have the right to permit the use of the Advertising by US or its permitted assigns and licensees and that neither the Advertising nor the Advertiser's Online Content will infringe the rights of any third party (including, without limitation, copyright, other intellectual property rights, privacy rights or publicity rights) or violate any foreign or domestic federal, state or local law or regulation. Advertiser agrees that it shall be solely responsible for any liability arising out of the Advertising or Advertiser's Online Content. In furtherance of the foregoing, Advertiser and its agency agree, jointly and severally, to indemnify, defend and hold US harmless from and against any losses, costs, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from claims or actions arising out of or in connection with Advertising or Advertiser's Online Content (including but not limited to claims arising from the sale of goods or Services by Advertiser) or Advertiser's breach of any agreement, representation or warranty hereunder, including, without limitation, claims for infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights and violation of rights of privacy or publicity.
• WE have the right to refuse to include in "THE WEB SITE", and to remove from "THE WEB SITE", without notice, any Advertising that WE determine does not meet OUR standards or comply with the Insertion Order or any Advertising linking to Advertiser's Web Content, which content or linking THIS WEB SITE deems unlawful or inappropriate in its sole discretion.
• WE have the right to approve the form and content of all Advertising and no changes by Advertisers shall be made to any Advertising without OUR consent.
• Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that it shall not have the right to seek specific performance of THIS WEB SITE. Advertiser has no rights to seek prorated return of any monies paid to "US".  "WE" may use the Advertiser's name (including, without limitation, any trade-name, trademark, Web Site mark or logo of Advertiser) and Advertising to promote THIS WEB SITE and "THE WEB SITE" in all media and to use information concerning impressions and users for "OUR" own use and for use in connection with "THE WEB SITE", provided "WE" do not reproduce Advertising without Advertiser's prior consent. THIS WEB SITE and the Advertiser agree that the compensation paid by Advertiser or its Agency hereunder shall be confidential.
•  Advertiser and its agency shall not have, nor claim, any right, title or interest in or to THIS WEB SITE or any elements thereof, any derivatives thereof, or any other trademarks and logos owned or controlled by US and made available through US or otherwise. Each party hereto shall be and act as an independent contractor and not as partner, joint venturer, or agent of the other. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the jurisdiction and venue of choice of "US".
